Riverstone Developments has been appointed as development manager for a site forming part of Lancaster’s Canal Quarter. The site is owned by Lanmara Developments Ltd.

The former Mitchells brewery site in Lancaster comprises 2.7 acres within the wider 16 acre mixed use regeneration area previously known as Canal Corridor North.

Riverstone Developments will work closely with Lancaster City Council to develop a new masterplan for the site which is likely to include a mix of commercial, leisure and residential uses.
