Riverstone Developments has completed the unconditional purchase of approximately 4 acres of land in Pitlochry from Sainsbury Plc.

Pitlochry is a well known tourist destination just south of the Cairngorms. The site currently benefits from having planning consent for a supermarket but Riverstone Developments are working up plans for a mixed use redevelopment of the site and are aiming to submit a planning application in the summer of 2019.
