Riverstone Developments has completed the unconditional purchase of a substantial 9-acre former industrial complex known as the William Sinclair Site in Lincoln. The site is located approx. ½ a mile to the south west of Lincoln City Centre and comprises over 230,000 sq ft of industrial warehousing and offices with a large secured yard.

The Firth Road site is highlighted in the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan as being within Lincoln’s Regeneration and Opportunity Area and is recognised as being suitable for a broad range of development.

Riverstone Developments is currently working up plans for a mixed use scheme and is hoping to submit a planning application in early 2019. Riverstone is also keen to hear from interested parties and potential occupiers for the site.
