Riverstone Developments has completed the redevelopment of the site into a children’s day nursery.

Riverstone Developments has acquired a Grade II listed office building, extending to approximately 6,500 sq. ft., as well as car parking for 30 cars. Riverstone will be submitting a planning application to re-develop the site for an alternative use.
