John Rumsey

Chartered Surveyor

John is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience within the property sector.

John is experienced in securing development opportunities and leading a full professional team to deliver developments from conception to completion. He is decisive and diplomatic with strong strategic insight and communications skills.

John has a good understanding of occupiers’ requirements having worked for a large PLC where he delivered a large number of major acquisitions within the hotel and leisure sector.

John believes in maintaining strong relationships, he is a team player and driven motivator, tenacious and enthusiastic.

Andrew Pettit

Qualified Solicitor

Andrew is a qualified solicitor with over 30 years’ experience in the property sector, particularly origination, structuring and management of real estate transactions.

He was formerly a managing director and head of the European real estate principal transactions business at Lehman Brothers and a solicitor at Clifford Chance in the Property Finance Group.

Andrew is also a founding partner of Revcap, where he takes overall responsibility for investments and capital raising at the firm.

Chartered Structural Engineer

Iestyn is a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the property sector.

Iestyn is also co-head of Revcap’s UK business.
