Riverstone Developments has submitted an application for prior approval to demolish 230,000 sq ft of industrial, warehouse and office space at the Firth Road site in Lincoln.

The former William Sinclair Horticulture site, where 2,750 aircraft were built during the First World War, has fallen into major disrepair since it was vacated in 2015. Riverstone Developments is seeking consent for demolition before working up a major mixed use regeneration scheme with a view to submitting a planning application in 2019.
